ELXR SF Ruck Club

Tactical Athletes (TactAthletes) are urban warriors who live by the ethos of camaraderie, mental resilience and never-say-die attitude. We gather at various locations around Singapore, as we ruck with load, and build indomitable spirit and unparalleled fitness, in small groups.

Why Ruck?

Rucking, or walking with load, is one of the Special Forces choice of transportation over varied terrain, and for obvious tactical reasons.

    With just a backpack on your back, anybody can walk and workout together.

  • The World Is Our Training Zone.

    Workout anywhere your feet can take you. And we are not just limited to indoors. Embrace Nature.

  • Social Fitness.

    Workout in a group. Develop teamwork and build on that camaraderie. We go further as a team, just like Special Forces operators.

Once a month, on weekends, the fraternity of Tactical Athletes will gather to ruck from different areas around Singapore, with unknown distances, routes and unknown destinations. This sense of unknown is meant to build mental toughness - as we become comfortable being uncomfortable.

After the ruck, feel free to bond over food and drinks, with your newly found buddies.

Sunset PT is a Special Forces tradition, where TactAthletes gather to workout from sunset to night fall, together as a Fraternity.

Consisting of a structured cardio, strength and conditioning program, these Urban Warriors train, sweat and bond over functional workouts and runs.
